At Imbina, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and block-printed, making every item unique. We take pride in quality and craftsmanship, and we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, print, or texture are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless received defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You must report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear proof (such as images) showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
